🧲 Wonder Wall – Final Sale

All Wonder Wall purchases are final sale and non-returnable due to their made-to-order and oversized nature. Please review product details and dimensions carefully before purchasing.

🛒 Returns – Other Items

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify:

  • Item must be unused, in original condition and packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

To request a return, email returns@bambihaus.com. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If you request a prepaid return label, the cost will be deducted from your refund.

⚠️ Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately. We’ll cover return shipping and make it right.

💳 Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. If you haven’t received your refund after 15 business days, please contact us.
