We’re so excited for you to receive your Bambi Haus order! Please read below for details on how we ship, when to expect your package, and what to do if you need help.
📦 Processing Time
Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding holidays). Processing time may vary depending on product availability:

In-stock items: Ship within 3–5 business days

Pre-orders (e.g., Wonder Wall): Ship beginning mid-September, in the order received
You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.

We currently ship across Canada and the U.S.

💸 Shipping Costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Please note: Due to the oversized nature of the Wonder Wall, shipping rates may be higher than standard packages.
🧾 Duties & Taxes
For U.S. orders, duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. Canadian orders include applicable sales tax at checkout.
⚠️ Address Changes
Entered the wrong address? Contact us at info@bambihaus.com ASAP. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to update it.
📬 Lost or Delayed Packages
Once your order leaves our studio, delivery is out of our hands. If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received, please:
- Contact the shipping carrier with your tracking number
- Reach out to us if the issue persists — we’ll do our best to help
